Throughout this campaign Fujifilm will support Fight CRC in a number of activities, including a panel discussion with NASDAQ to raise awareness and educate the public about colorectal cancer.
“Colorectal cancer is highly preventable, yet according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in men and women in the United States. Fight CRC’s “One Million Strong” is a month-long campaign during March that brings together the strength of more than one million colorectal cancer survivors living in the Unites States. Through a series of events and social media campaigns, Fight CRC helps colorectal cancer survivors share their stories, in hopes of inspiring others to take action for their own health and to advocate for change.
Fujifilm and Fight CRC will enter Colon Cancer Awareness Month with a live-streamed panel discussion hosted by NASDAQ. The topic of discussion is “Colorectal Cancer Prevention and Screening” and it will feature Fujifilm alongside a representative from Fight CRC. Taking place on February 28th at 3PM, viewers will learn more about the disease including ways Fujifilm is creating tools to help make prevention possible. Tune-in to NASDAQ’s Facebook page to watch.
