Whether your device is under an all-inclusive service contract or you need a one-time repair, our knowledgeable, extensively trained, and experienced technicians work in dedicated facilities on your behalf.
They use the latest tools, equipment, and techniques to quickly diagnose and repair your endoscope – using brand-new (never refurbished) parts and components – and return it to you as quickly as possible.
Your uptime is critical, so you can enter repair orders and track the repair status through the Fujifilm Asset Management Portal. This secure self-service portal is available 24/7/365, and offers:

- Loaner tracking
- Shipping label printing
- Scope repair submissions, status notifications, and tracking
