Ultra lightweight, wireless long length detector
Fujifilm’s latest generation ultra-lightweight, wireless long length detector features a 17x32” field of view and weighs just 12 lbs. FDR D-EVO III G80i brings added portability for spine and leg surgery uses, along with traditional upright and supine long length exams. FDR D-EVO III G80i’s light and thin design is ideal for trauma imaging in the ER and spine, leg and other surgical procedures. It can be used pre-, intra-, and post- surgery for precise verification of planning, measurements, hardware alignments, angles, counts and more. Its wireless connectivity to the console eliminates cords for safer, easier workflow in tight, sterile OR and ER environments. Its Hydro AG protective antibacterial coating provides added safety in infection controls and sterile field uses.
Intelligent image processing that replaces the use of a grid
Virtual Grid™ intelligent image processing replaces the use of a grid to enhance contrast and improve clarity while reducing dose as much as 50% compared to exams performed with a grid. Allows lower dose without sacrificing image quality while helping prevent retakes associated with grid misalignment.

FDR D-EVO III G80i utilizes the latest Fujifilm digital image processing technology, including Dynamic Visualization, which optimizes image display based on recognition of contrast levels throughout the entire exposure field. The resulting first-up images have outstanding detail and greater window and leveling capability in PACS.
Patented ISS capture technology promotes high sensitivity
Fujifilm's proprietary Irradiated Side Sampling (ISS) positions its capture electronics (TFTs) at the irradiation side, in contrast to traditional detectors. This design significantly suppresses scattering and attenuation of X-ray signals, improving efficiency to produce sharper images at lower doses compared to traditional designs.**

Fujifilm's SmartSwitch technology enables automatic x-ray detection. FDR D-EVO III G80i automatically senses exposures to trigger image capture, allowing easier, faster interfacing with any x-ray system.
