Our 4-Year “Best in KLAS” Winning Streak Means We’re Winning with You!

AUTHOR: William Lacy, Senior Vice President, Medical Informatics, FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation

Recently, KLAS Research announced that two of our Synapse Enterprise Imaging Solutions have been named Best in KLAS in its 2023 Software and Services report. This marks the fourth year in a row that our Synapse VNA, a core technology for enterprise imaging—and the second consecutive year that our Synapse Radiology PACS (Latin America)—each captured the annual awards in their respective categories.

At Fujifilm, we work hard not only to deliver innovative technologies, but also to earn your trust. Our 4-Year “Best in KLAS” winning streak means we’re winning at what matters most—collaborating with customers, building strong partnerships and technologies.

We are grateful and humbled to achieve this coveted recognition and we extend our deepest appreciation to you—our valued customers.

The Best in KLAS awards are unique because they are based on the ultimate, definitive nod from the people who count most—busy healthcare and IT professionals who utilize our solutions every day. Simply put, a Best in KLAS designation is the direct result of customer feedback gained through KLAS’ extensive evaluations and conversations with thousands of healthcare providers.

Every Synapse Enterprise Imaging customer is a valued partner, and we will never stop innovating to provide a more optimal experience. At Fujifilm, we’re committed to continuing our investment in enterprise imaging—our business, teams and technology— to be the best partner to our providers, and to facilitate a collaborative approach to patient care delivery across the enterprise. As a core technology to our customer’s enterprise imaging strategy, we are especially proud to see Synapse VNA selected for a fourth straight year. This award validates our aggressive expansion of VNA capability in more and more imaging areas to address the important strategic objectives of our customers.

As Adam Gale, CEO of KLAS noted, “winning vendors set the bar for excellence in healthcare IT!” We’re proud we’re on a winning streak because it means our customers are winning, too.
