Whether you need an incremental update, or a major upgrade to our latest version of Synapse, our dedicated team can help plan and manage your upgrade to ensure a smooth and successful informatics installation.
Synapse medical informatics customers with valid maintenance contracts are eligible to upgrade to the latest software version, with Fujifilm’s dedicated upgrades team managing the entire process. Upgrades that require Professional Services’ support that is outside our standard upgrade process, will be assessed an upgrade fee that is determined based on the scope and complexity of the additional work required. In addition, upgrades performed outside our regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) will be assessed a nominal fee.
During the audit phase, the upgrades team will work with you to assess and quote any additional services you may need to support your upgrade, including server installations and migrations.
