Whether you need an incremental release or a major upgrade to our latest version of Synapse® PACS or Synapse Cardiovascular, our dedicated upgrade team can help you plan and manage your upgrade project to ensure your complete success.
If you are covered by a current maintenance contract for your Synapse PACS and Cardiovascular products, you are entitled to the latest software and the labor required to manage and install upgrades. We provide these services at no additional charge between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. If you require different scheduling, the upgrade team will be happy to propose upgrades outside of these hours for a nominal charge. Additionally, the upgrade team can work with you during the project discovery phase to assess and quote any additional services you might need to support the upgrade, for example, server installations or migrations.
