Whether you need an incremental update, or a major upgrade to our latest version of Synapse, our dedicated team can help plan and manage your upgrade to ensure a smooth and successful informatics installation.
Synapse medical informatics customers with valid maintenance contracts are eligible to upgrade to the latest software version, with Fujifilm’s dedicated upgrades team managing the entire process. Upgrades within our standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) are completed at no additional fee. Customers that require upgrades outside our standard business hours will be assessed a nominal fee.
During the audit phase, the upgrades team will work with you to assess and quote any additional services you may need to support your upgrade, including server installations and migrations.
