Fujifilm’s global security policy determines how we assess risks and respond to potential security vulnerabilities in our products. We also believe in working together with security researchers and customers to find and fix vulnerabilities responsibly.

Vulnerability Reporting Procedure

 

How to REPORT A VULNERABILITY

To help ensure we respond to you quickly, please follow these steps when reporting a vulnerability:

  • Use our secure submission form to send your report.
  •  Include your contact details, such as your organization and name, so we can get back to you.
  •  Give us a clear technical description of the issue, including:
    • The exact product you tested (name and version).
    • The technical setup, such as the operating system and version.
    • Any other relevant info, such as network details.
    • For web services, please include the date/time of testing, URLs, browser type/version, and the input you used.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REPORT

Here’s what you can expect once we receive your report:

  • You will receive confirmation that we received your report.
  • Our central security response team will alert the appropriate product team members.
